On behalf of our customer in Berlin we are currently looking for a

Head of Technology (m/f)


Main Tasks:

- Implementing features with the product team

- Responsible for managing of the technology stack

- Maintaining the existing code base

- Driving the agile approaches and shorten lead times

- Enhance and maintain the technical stack for platforms in Germany and the US

- Lead and teach the engineering team


Requirements:

- Experience in Ruby Development

- Very good knowledge in building and operating Ruby (on Rails) applications

- Master of agile development approaches

- Extensive experience in leading successful developer teams

- Knowledge in Data and Application Security topics

- Experience with operations topics (infrastructure setup, monitoring/logging best practices etc.)
