For our costumer we are looking for a
Consultant University Marketing & Recruiting (f/m)
Project-Description
- Build on current University relationships and create new long-term relationships with other key educational institutes and facilities
- Responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment of hires of our young target groups across Germany working in close collaboration with the Talent Manager, Talentum Lead and wider Resourcing Team
- Create talent pipelining capability internally linking together various Talentum hires encouraging natural succession between programmes
- Work closely with German "People-for-the-Future" stakeholders, led by business partners, to create and maintain a strategic forecast of required future skills in the business units and maps this to partner university and education facilities
- Link together the selection and assessment of young target group hires to ensure quality and support progression between roles
- Utilise employer branding and collateral to generate engagement in external candidate marketplace and visibility of the programme to potential candidates
- Work in close collaboration with Social Media team to deliver demographic specific social media and attraction for Talentum candidates
- Encourage collaboration and cooperation across Talent and Resourcing teams to deliver requirements for the business
- Recruitment for different business units within Telefonica Germany
Profile
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills with evidence at having influenced at a senior level within an organisation
- Good understanding of the German education system and university alliance management
- Able to understand and articulate the motivations and needs of the youngest generation of workers
- Strong collaborative working style, able to work across multiple teams to design and build links between programmes of recruitment
- Innovative and creative as a natural way of working using knowledge and experience to develop Talent and Resourcing solutions
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and remain highly effective in changing business circumstances
- Strong customer focus and employee experience mind-set, being able to use data & insight to shape solutions for the business
- Expertise in assessment / selection tools and methodologies is desirable as is experience of working on attraction and employer brand solutions
- A good standard of spoken and written German and English is essential |
